Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, such as promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Origin
Please note that Save Your Hair products are fulfilled and shipped from international fulfillment centers. As a result, delivery times reflect international shipping and may vary based on customs processing, carrier availability, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping method assigned to your order and destination within the United States. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows based on historical carrier data and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information is also available directly through our Shopify order tracking platform, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order. Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Customs and Import Considerations
As orders are fulfilled internationally, packages may occasionally be subject to customs inspection, which can result in additional delivery delays. Save Your Hair LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing beyond our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@saveyourhair.shop with your order number for assistance. Our team will review your case and provide a resolution within 48 hours of receiving your message, in line with our standard email response time.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times, depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
