Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order through Save Your Hair, operated by Save Your Hair LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Products

All products offered on this website are physical goods. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product appearance, color, or packaging will be exactly as depicted.

Orders and Payment

Orders may only be placed through our official Shopify checkout. We do not accept orders through direct messages on social media or other unofficial channels. All prices are listed in USD. We accept all payment methods made available through Shopify's checkout system, including major credit/debit cards and any additional payment options enabled at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, where applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be canceled by the customer at any time before the order enters processing. Once an order has moved into processing status, cancellation may no longer be possible, as the order has already been submitted for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at orders@saveyourhair.shop with your order number, and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible based on the current status of your order. If the order has already entered processing or has been shipped, our Shipping and Return policies will apply instead.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content to Save Your Hair (via email, social media, or website forms), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, provided that we obtain your consent prior to publication. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as described above.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, product images, and text, is the property of Save Your Hair LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable United States intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of this website, or any products purchased from Save Your Hair LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

By agreeing to these Terms, you and Save Your Hair LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, seated in the State of Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes that qualify under applicable small claims jurisdiction limits.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, as further detailed in our Legal Notice Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Save Your Hair LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
